Warren also comes to EagleID with 11+ years experience of project management, sales leadership, financial controlling, technical implementation and service division management supporting pre-and-post sales technology solution provisions for corporate organisations, public sector and SME’s.

Furthermore, Warren held several management positions to include accountancy functions for British Airways and creating his own IT consultancy practice advising small businesses and start up on IT and operational requirements.

Whilst at Insight UK, he was instrumental in increasing sales margins by 12% year on year, designed and implemented systems, processes and reporting analysis, training and incentive programmes to increase sales and productivity efficiencies.

Today Jolly Technologies, the world's #1 identity and visitor management Software Company announced full support for Spanish, German and French in their ID Flow, Label Flow and Lobby Track product lines in the upcoming release 4.0. Additional languages and dialects may easily be incorporated by the user through a built-in language translation table. The product is currently available in English.

Using the new 4.0 user interface, each location may be customized for workflow processes and set in a mode appropriate for the user's role. Multiple workstations and locations may be networked through a central shared database. Each workstation may be localized to the appropriate language or dialect of its users.

A new feature in 4.0 is an easy-to-use, form based text editor that makes language translation text available to the user.

Greetings to everyone! It’s been a while since I last gave an up-date, plenty of good things going on keeping us busy… But, in the meantime, I hope everyone enjoyed Easter and the applicable bank holidays for those of us fortunate. From a British perspective, I trust many enjoyed the Royal Wedding celebrations, reports suggest over 2billion people worldwide watched! A staggering number!

I’ve conducted a small audit of our group to bring you some stats on our growing membership. Hopefully for many this will show we have a good and growing global coverage and representation from many key actors within our card printer industry.

Our Plus-Brand range has more than 12 years combined experience and is proving to be the Worlds preferred Compatible range of media used in ID Card Printers and now already selling in over 55 countries. Whilst embryonic today, the latest industry developments in desktop card printing now permit financial institutions to print and issue credit and debit cards at branch level and many leading bank card issuers are now adopting this new practice. Huge growth potential!

As a key member of this new and focussed consumables division, your role will be to define and implement the sales/distribution strategy and business plans to support the delivery of volume and profit on an exceptional scale. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience gained in Sales and Marketing Management environments, most likely from the IT consumables, Office Supplies or Security focussed industries. You will be Degree qualified or equivalent and a strong influencer who has a proven profit achievement and management track record from either the B2C or B2B markets. Having a broad understanding of the IT, fast moving Office Supplies and/or Security industries/markets would give you a distinct advantage.

Victory is an amazing feeling, and more so when justly deserved.

We have received so many wonderful compliments, and the number of new enquiries has been astonishing. We were told many times “we’re interested in Plus-Ribbon, but we’ll wait and see the outcome of the High Courts”. We have always respected this and whilst the past 15 months have been challenging, they have actually been very rewarding.

Many within and indeed outside of Eagle have grown during this immense learning curve. It has been a fantastic journey and on so many levels. Not least of all, maintaining some momentum and witnessing Plus-Ribbon continue to grow during turbulent times. Globally too as Plus-Ribbon is selling in 55 countries!

I have always considered that our move may encourage more innovation within our industry, serving only to expand further and expedite the opportunities available. I believe that some sales migration may encourage our makers to adopt some positive changes and invest in building consumer awareness. An old quote I used regularly in the past… “You can’t buy something if you’re not aware it exists” …Basic, but accurate!
